Amber Fort is very impressive and split into palace and fort and one ticket covers both - and can used over 2 days. The palace was extremely busy with tourists but well worth a visit. The fort is impressive and was totally empty when we visited first thing in the morning. Amber Fort place is huge and will take several hours to wander and see everything. There is an elephant ride to the top.There is supposed to be a time limit of two hours when the elephants can be used but this rule is ignored. The climb to the top is a challenge but taking is slowly enjoy the panoramic scene as you climb is an absolute delight.
